Supplement Recommendation 1.17.25

1-Magnesium Glycinate-Nightly 250mg. Caution for those with kidney disorders

2-Potassium Gluconate or Potassium Citrate-Nightly-Caution for those on spironolactone

3-Vitamin B Complex-M, W, F-take with food. 

4-Vitamin B12-Daily at around 2pm-sublingual

5-DHA Fish Oil-Daily

6-Astaxanthin-M,W, F

7-Vitamin D3 M, W, F 2,000iu

8-Athletic Nutrients-M, Th

9-Creatine 500mg daily

10-Vitamin K2-Daily

11-Ascorbic Acid (Vit C) 2,000mg twice a day

12-NAC-600mg once a day

Contradictory Supplements

If your body makes it, long term use is ill advised. 

Worthless at least

1-The latest berry concoction with "the best antioxidant ORAC rating from the Amazon Jungle on auto-ship" won't hurt you, but will hurt your family budget.

2-Melatonin is another supplement that should only be used under certain circumstances. Deficiency is caused by other issues that need to be addressed. Supplementing regularly with this may have a long lasting effect on natural production.

1-CoQ10-Patients on statins

2-Tumeric/Curcumin-Patients with high inflammatory markers

3-Zinc-Assists in acute viral infections. Taken at too high a dose for too long can leach copper from hemoglobin

4-Quercetin-In combo with Zinc to assist in acute viral infections

5-PreserVison®-for those with visual problems

6-Nattoknase-blood thinner
